A vibrant summer iced tea blending peach and raspberry puree with brewed fruit tea, honey sweetness, and citrus brightness—perfect for refreshing gatherings or cozy afternoons.
Ingredients
4 cups water (for tea)
3 Perfect Peach Bigelow Tea Bags (or peach-flavored black tea)
3 Red Raspberry Bigelow Tea Bags (or raspberry herbal tea)
1 cup water (for simple syrup)
1 cup honey (for optional honey simple syrup)
1 cup raspberries (fresh or thawed frozen)
3 large peeled and sliced peaches (freestone preferred)
1 cup water (for puree)
2 Tbsp lemon juice
Optional garnish: lemon wedges, raspberries, peaches, mint sprigs
Instructions
Brew 3 peach tea bags in 4 cups hot water for 5 minutes
Brew 3 raspberry tea bags in 4 cups hot water for 5 minutes
Combine brewed teas in a large pitcher
In separate batches, puree peaches, raspberries, and 1 cup water in a blender until smooth
Strain fruit puree through a fine-mesh sieve
Stir puree into cooled tea
Add 1/2 cup optional honey simple syrup (1:1 honey:water boiled, cooled) for sweetness
Chill for 1 hour
Serve over ice with optional lemon juice
Garnish with reserved fruits or mint
Notes
Use filtered water for cleaner flavor
Tea can be doubled for larger batches
Honey may be substituted with maple syrup
Keep refrigerated up to 24 hours
Reserve 1/2 cup puree for garnish
