A chilled herbal iced tea combining tart hibiscus and ripe peach sweetness. Vibrant, refreshing, and naturally flavored with lemon brightness and honey. Perfect for summer gatherings or cozy refreshment.

Ingredients

Scale

6 cups water
1/3 cup dried hibiscus flowers
2 cups sliced peaches (fresh or frozen)
1/4 cup fresh lemon juice
1/2 cup honey (or maple syrup)
Peach slices (optional for garnish)
Lemon slices (optional for garnish)

Instructions

Add 2 cups of water to a saucepan; bring to a boil.
Remove from heat, add hibiscus flowers, and steep for 5-10 minutes.
Strain hibiscus tea into a pitcher, let cool to room temperature.
Blend sliced peaches (with 4 cups cold water) until smooth.
Pour peach mixture into the pitcher with hibiscus tea.
Stir in lemon juice and honey (adjust to taste).
Chill for 1-2 hours before serving over ice.

Notes

Use frozen peaches for year-round availability.
Adjust honey for preferred sweetness.
Replace honey with maple syrup for a vegan option.
Steep hibiscus longer for bolder flavor.
Chill in the fridge for at least 1 hour for optimal flavor.
