Ingredients
100g cooked chicken breast, finely chopped
50g plain nonfat Greek yogurt
15g Dijon mustard
10g green onions, thinly sliced
4g parsley, finely chopped
130g apple rounds, sliced
1/2 tsp kosher salt
1/2 tsp black pepper
Instructions
Finely chop the cooked chicken breast and transfer to a large bowl
Add Greek yogurt, Dijon mustard, salt, and pepper to the bowl
Stir in green onions, parsley, and apple rounds until well combined
Taste and adjust seasoning if needed
Serve the chicken salad on apple slices for a crunchy base
