Description
A creamy, high-protein chocolate mousse made with cottage cheese. Perfect for a low-sugar dessert or post-workout treat!
Ingredients
1 cup cottage cheese, full-fat
2–3 tbsp honey
1–2 tbsp cocoa powder
½ tsp vanilla extract
Instructions
1. Drain any excess liquid from cottage cheese.
2. Add all ingredients to a blender or food processor.
3. Blend on high until completely smooth.
4. Chill for at least 30 minutes if a thicker texture is desired.
5. Top with whipped cream, fruit, or chocolate shavings if desired.
Notes
Use full-fat cottage cheese for best results.
Chill before serving to thicken the texture.
To thicken quickly, add 1 tbsp chia or flax seeds.
