Ingredients
1½ cups full-fat cottage cheese
1 cup frozen mixed berries
2 tbsp maple syrup
½ tsp vanilla extract
Instructions
1. Add all ingredients to a blender.
2. Blend until completely smooth.
3. Taste and adjust sweetness if needed.
4. Transfer to a freezer-safe container.
5. Freeze for 2–3 hours or until scoopable.
6. Let sit 5–10 mins before scooping and serving.
Notes
Use full-fat cottage cheese for best texture.
Add chocolate chips, nut butter, or granola for extra flavor.
